Refund policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your product is delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. At present our return address is Block 20, Dunsinane Industrial Estate, unit 3 Kilspindie Rd, Dundee DD2 3JZ, United Kingdom. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned special orders and bespoke and upholstered items (which include mixed tension mattresses and custom made upholstery pieces) made specifically for you. These Special Order items CANNOT be returned unless faulty. Also for hygiene reasons mattresses cannot be returned once the packaging has been removed. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to return it back to you and refused the refund. Please also note we as a company also posses the right to deduct any charges which are incurred to deliver the items to customers.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If using our bespoke service and the item is cancelled during production then a 50% restocking fee will apply. (A Bespoke order is an item that was personalized or custom made for you).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
